10 things you'd hear in Atlanta, but not Cardiff
Nigel, our tour pastor has been staying with us the last couple of days. And last night I told him that we'd been having a coyote problem as of late (which we have!). He laughed and said that you would never risk hearing anyone in Wales say that. It spurred him on to create this humorous post. Funny stuff...

Hahaha... we used to have a racoon around here when I first moved in. I think it was the critter that would take apples from our tree in the backyard, take one bite and throw them down. I think the neighbor across the street would trap them and relocate them into a less populated area. I haven't seen any evidence recenlty.
I have to admit, Corrine's comment got the biggest laugh from me, though. That was a good one! LOL

I just posted these Welsh-isms (or proverbs) over on Nigel's blog, see what you think......
Reason is the wise man's guide, example the fool's.
Three remedies of the physicians of Myddfal: water, honey, and labour.
Three things it is best to avoid: a strange dog, a flood, and a man who thinks he is wise.
Without perseverance talent is a barren bed.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?!!

You should buy a Lewis Grizzard book for Nigel. I think he would love it.
